Pumpkin Power Bites (gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sugar, raw)

These healthy bites are absolutely DIVINE. They make you feel like you’re eating cheat food, but you’re not! No flour, no heavy sugar, no junk, no gunk… just real food! These pumpkin Power bites are packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats to help curb your appetite and led to sound nutrition.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, preferably the miniature ones
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients reeeal good in a bowl.
  2. Scoop small amounts to roll into balls with your palms (clean hands!).
  3. Best served chilled. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
