
Hi everyone! My name is Natalie Ryan. I’m a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist here on the sunny and salty shores of South Florida. My passion for nutrition has lead me on this path of promoting healthy eating to the public, with a goal of reducing disease risk and managing existing conditions. Since 2014, I have been providing nutrition coaching for individual clients, as well as conducting workplace wellness webinars, lectures, and cooking demos. I have also helped organize and provide services for internal wellness fairs throughout the years.
When I’m not working as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in clinical and wellness settings, I’m busy experimenting with new healthy recipes and staying up-to-date with current nutrition research.
My method for instilling lifelong healthy eating habits includes focusing on consuming whole/real foods, helping people find ways to stay motivated and inspired, creating overall nutritional balance, and having fun along the way! Maintaining good nutrition can certainly be a challenge, but I’m here to help.
